The rules for
using Khamli.
Short, plain-language terms covering acceptable use, prohibited content, and how to report misuse.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Khamli, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the service.
Khamli is provided as-is, for legitimate sharing of information between people who already know each other or who have a legitimate reason to exchange content.
The Service
Khamli lets you share text messages, links, and files using a short 4-character code. Content is temporary and is automatically deleted when its chosen expiry time passes (30 minutes by default, up to 24 hours).
We do not require an account and we do not ask for personal information. This means we cannot verify who you are — and it means you are solely responsible for what you upload and share.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Khamli to:
- Share content that you do not own or do not have permission to distribute.
- Store or distribute malware, viruses, ransomware, or other harmful code.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Use the service to harass, threaten, or harm others.
- Attempt to disrupt, overwhelm, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure.
Prohibited Content
The following content is strictly prohibited on Khamli:
- Content that is illegal under applicable law, including but not limited to child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and content that exploits minors.
- Copyright-infringing material, including pirated software, media, or documents.
- Content that incites violence or promotes terrorism.
- Revenge pornography, doxxing, or the private information of others shared without consent.
- Phishing, scam, or fraud-related content.
We cooperate with law enforcement and will report prohibited content, including CSAM, to the relevant authorities where required by law.
User-Generated Content & Monitoring
Khamli is a user-generated content platform. We do not proactively read or moderate the content you share — content is encrypted in transit and stored only for a short time before automatic deletion.
We reserve the right to remove any content and to take technical measures to block misuse, where we become aware of a violation of these terms. If you encounter content that violates these terms, please report it via our contact page so we can act quickly.
Copyright & DMCA
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that content shared through Khamli infringes your copyright, please contact us at abuse@khamli.com with a description of the copyrighted work, the location of the alleged infringement (including the code if you have it), and your contact information. We will review and, where appropriate, remove the content.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Khamli is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. The automatic expiry mechanism reduces the window of risk but does not eliminate it.
Do not use Khamli to share information whose exposure would cause serious harm — including credentials, financial information, or legally sensitive material.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Khamli and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service, including loss of data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the bottom of this page. Continued use of Khamli after changes means you accept the revised terms.
These terms were last updated on August 13, 2026.
